Inside the app you can also open a private support chat: Settings → Contact Support.

Reset your password — on the login screen, tap “Forgot password?” and enter your email.
Delete your account — in the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and content in-app, no email required.
Report or block someone — tap any user, message, photo or code and choose Report (with a reason) or Block. Reported content is hidden from you right away while our team reviews it.
Privacy & your location — your location is only shared when you check in, and the map shows anonymous, aggregated activity — never an individual's exact position.
Can't log in? — make sure you have an internet connection and the latest app version, then try again or reset your password.
